YES YOU CAN is a small food and consumer goods project operating in the United Arab Emirates. This website presents our products and lets you send us a request. You can reach us at markerte85@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
When you send a request through the form on this site, we collect the name and phone number you enter, the product and options you selected, and the delivery city where the site asks for it.
We also collect technical information automatically: the pages you open, the approximate type of device and browser, your language setting, the website or advertisement that brought you here, and anonymous identifiers placed by the analytics and advertising services listed in section 4.
We do not ask for and do not store payment card details. No payment is taken on this website.
3. Why we collect it
- To contact you about the request you sent and arrange delivery.
- To understand which products people are interested in.
- To measure which advertisements bring visitors, and to improve them.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.
4. Services we use
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) - website statistics.
- Yandex Metrica (Yandex) - website statistics and anonymised session recordings of how pages are used.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) - measuring advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- TikTok Pixel (TikTok) - measuring advertising on TikTok.
- Google Sheets (Google LLC) - where the details of your request are stored.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and may store it outside the United Arab Emirates.

6. How long we keep it
Request details are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and to analyse demand, and no longer than 12 months. Statistical data is kept according to the retention settings of the services listed in section 4.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to markerte85@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
This site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
