This website does not take payment. When you send a request, we contact you to confirm the details, the price and the delivery time before anything is prepared or dispatched.
Delivery
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery is arranged with a courier partner and is charged separately from the price of the product. The exact cost and time window are confirmed with you before dispatch.
Cancellation
You can cancel a request at any time before we confirm it, at no cost. Just reply to us at markerte85@gmail.com.
Returns
Food products are made to order and cannot be returned once dispatched, in line with food safety rules. If something arrives damaged or is not what you confirmed, contact us at markerte85@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.
Non-food products may be returned unopened within 7 days of delivery.
